Adam and Andreas had agreed to share the cost of their apartment, but Andreas on returning home informs Adam that he does not have the money to pay his share. Adam is furious because the rent is due and he only has enough money for his share of money rent available, and so it's going to be a real problem. Adam grabs hold of Andreas pulls down his jeans, puts him over his knee and vents his anger by spanking him. He continues venting his anger on Andreas’s bare ass next. As Andreas is preparing to leave, the apartment landlord arrives demanding his full rent from Adam since he has the responsibility for paying the rent. When the owner discovers he will not receive his full rent he proceeds to severely punish Adam, subsequently the landlord decides to also give Adam’s roommate Andreas a just and well-deserved punishment.
