Fabian is a Slovak boy visiting Prague and must submit to a training punishment for the first time. The Master orders him to undress and then proceeds to administer a painful punishment training of spanking by hand while he is over the Master's knee. The training continues with Fabian receiving a hard spanking with a leather belt, after he receives another vigorous and painful spanking by hand.
